Reservation Request Form
This is a booking request form. Your booking will not be confirmed until staff has confirmed it, and we'll either email or call you as soon as we can. Please note that there may be a small delay in receiving your confirmation.

RESERVATION POLICY
“$10/person/hour/ We accept reservations on weekdays for parties with a minimum of 3 guests. During weekends, we require a minimum of 4 guests. We also enforce a 1 hour minimum."
“All guests must be at least 21 years old "
“Each room rental requires a credit card on file. Reservations will be cancelled if the credit card on file for your reservation is declined. Our staff may attempt to contact you if there are any issues with your card that you have placed on file, however it is the guests responsibility to provide an acceptable and active credit or debit card upon making a reservation."
“Rooms may stay reserved for reserved parties up to 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation start time. If an alternative reservation is made during this time, you may lose your reservation and will have to wait until a suitable room is available for your party"
“If you wish to request additional time for your booking, please let us know as soon as possible and our staff will attempt to accommodate you. The availability of extending your room rental is not guaranteed."
“Please be sure to notify us of changes to the number of expected guests in your party. Our rooms are different sizes and have maximum occupancy restrictions. We reserve the right to deny guests access to a room that has reached its maximum capacity."
